“This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure. “This is a funny story. I was coming out from the Starbucks and I saw the sign for beds on sale at Sleep Number I said I don’t need a new bed my bed is two years old. So I went into the store and came out with a new bed one that will support my whole body. The sales person was OUTSTANDING couldn’t ask for a better customer service. She did her job well. “We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. She was sooo nice and we ended up not going back to TOMF and just picking a mattress here because the customer service blew the other place away. Thanks again Symone!”
