doesnt reason well with customers. paid 4 months ahead. then forgot about a late payment and she made us move out. Gets angry when youre busy and dont answer her calls. id go to indiana self storage or really basically any other but regency. the owner is like a bug in the woods that wont stop bothering you. Pretty normal place as storage units go. They have rat traps out so if your stoeing long term that could become an issue.
