“I had my things stored at Regency from June until December. Any time of year it was obviously weatherproof. When I retrieved everything, it was safe and clean. I also changed my move out plans several times on them, and Bernadette was understanding and accommodating. Payment was easy. There were several ways to pay (by credit card by phone or e-mail or by sending a check.) When there was an issue with one of my payments coming out, Bernadette was on top of it and alerted me before I even knew about it. I recommend storing your belongings with Regency.”

“The storage center is close to my residence with easy access. I appreciated being able to reserve a unit and handle all the lease paperwork online. The price was fair and inline with other local storage unit facilities. My unit was easy to locate and was ready for me upon arrival. The lock vending machine was easy to use and made it convenient in obtaining the required style lock. The price was very fair for the lock. I like having the multiple options for paying my rental fees, by phone, online or through the on-site payment kiosk. Communication has been excellent and I have no issues at this point. I am happy with my decision to rent with Red Dot Storage.”
