“Employees at this location have been very nice over the last three and a half years since 2020. This place would be a five star…..but, during the depths of lockdown, where there were restrictions on the number of customers in the lobby, the postman were down right nasty. “GET OUT, only four at a time.” I understand this was a forced regulation, but the nasty tone wasn’t appropriate for the first encounter. A simple “please wait outside until someone comes out of the lobby” would have certainly sufficed. I’m still a little bit rattled about this, and I heard of other people were treated poorly on the FIRST encounter as well, and more recently. it was almost like playing God with the front door and was uncalled for. I’m still a little bit rattled that someone would treat their customer like this four out of five stars, Not five. This place has been helpful since then deciding how best to send a package.”

“Originally I was going to leave a 1star review for the lacking in customer service I received/ experienced today. This was my first time coming to FedEx to use their self service printer and between the challenges with that, and the discrepancy in a quote I received, I was ready to walk out without what I needed. However, I’m HAPPY to leave 5 stars solely because of the manager, Wayne! He was so empathetic and listened to my experience and how displeased with the initial interaction I was. Wayne went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this situation correct and easy on me to get what I needed done. Wayne, you are definitely in the right position and I thank you again for your kindness and service!”

She takes an hour. MAYBE give or take a minute or two. She's fast and super friendly. If I could give more stars I would.”

“The communication was excellent! From the moment I ordered the Horizon treadmill, I received texts confirming all details of the transaction in my inbox. This was followed up with information about the delivery process. Within 48 hours after the purchase, my treadmill arrived at a location near me from which it could be picked up and delivered to my house. 48 hours after that the delivery date and time was scheduled. On the day of delivery I was contacted by telephone and promise a 4 hour window of delivery. Later that morning I was told the delivery could be made an hour earlier than promised if that worked for me. I agreed and the crew (2 gentlemen) arrived on time. The gentlemen were very professional, very courteous, swiftly assembled the treadmill on site and set it up in my house in the place I selected. After the treadmill assembly was completed, the gentlemen showed me how to work the treadmill and made sure I understood the controls and that everything was in proper working order. The job was completed expeditiously and all packing equipment and materials were removed by the delivery crew as promised. This was simply one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had and I’ve ordered a lot of merchandise over the last 50 years. 5 stars (more if permitted!) for such a terrific job by the two gentlemen who made the delivery at my home that day. “Great experience with a residential freight delivery. I had a 600lb+ crate delivery and FedEx was very coordinated and helpful with the delivery process. They adjusted delivery time, called ahead on the day of with an ETA, and then helped me get it up the driveway into my garage. Excellent experience and highly appreciated.”
“Excellent experience! I bought an office chair and they price matched their online price. You can buy them already assembled for a price, but I opted to put it together myself. It took just under an hour and turned out great! Very happy with purchase. I sat in it for at least 3 hours today and it's very comfortable. It's the flexFit Hyken chair. I'm 5'5' and it fits me great. Excellent back support.”

“Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

“I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

“The Elizabethtown post Office has very nice employees working there. I just made it there today before they closed. The lady working there was nice. I bought two books of stamps, and the lady weighed my envelope for me, I put a stamp on it, and watched it go right out the back door, and onto the postal truck, going to Harrisburg. This was a time sensitive package and I was so happy to see it go right out onto the truck!!”
“I ran 45 minutes to pick up a shipment that was supposed to be in Harrisburg yesterday and was told that it accidentally ended up shipped to Allentown but would be here today. Today I was called to let me know that it again was not shipped from Allentown to Harrisburg and is still there even though it says it's going to be delivered to our house today. Obviously that isn't happening... Am I happy, no.... BUT the one absolutely bright part of this entire mess has been the young lady I met when I first walked in to DHL to try to pick this delivery up. Her name is Jade and she is beyond an asset to this company! Without her and her willingness to go the extra ten miles figuring out where the package is, when she can get it here, calling me on the phone to update me etc... I just can NOT say enough about her! She IS the employee that every employer dreams of!! In today's world, it's hard to find conscientious people that want to give their best to people! This shipping situation has me upset because the timing was needed for my son's schedule but because of Jade and how much she's gone out of her way to make it right and actually care even though none of this is her fault has just floored me and honestly who could be anything but appreciative and nice to such a wonderful person! Thank you so much Jade for everything that you're doing to get this shipment to us as quickly as possible!!!”

“Had a medical emergency on 05/14/2022 while FedEx Ground was delivering a package to me in Dalmatia, PA. The driver, LaQuan, (don't know correct spelling) witnessed my fall. He called 911 for me and ran to a neighbor's house, at my request, to get their help. Not only did he do this, he also stayed until the neighbors, ambulance, and family members got here to make sure I was taken care of. This young man went above and beyond what he was required and I truly appreciate all his help.”

“This was their central location for Harrisburg i believe and i the staff were really nice, I went there after 6:30 as one of the staff called me and let me know about my package and they told me that i can pickup until 7:30 even though their pickup window closes at 6 p.m. That was important package for me and they were helpful.”
“I love how everyone whose pkg was delayed has to come to google and yelp to whine about it. Lol. I work for UPS and we have stuff that falls through the cracks, so to speak, as well. The entire country is full of people who are completely spoiled and entitled frame of mind .. the three big carriers deliver millions upon millions of packages on time everyday. So you had to wait an extra day or even a week for your stuff that you lived your whole life so far without and now it’s the end of the world. Oh, your stuff got broken ? . Well thankfully there’s a guy in China’s factory making more stuff right now and there’s a warehouse in Cali or NJ that has a hundred more ready to ship. FedEx does a fantastic job as do we and the usps. In my experience of years on the inside of UPS most of your delays are actually caused by your shipper or another shipper doing a really horrible job of packing your stuff. Amazon ships thousands of packages with laundry detergent everyday with loose cap and then it damages 20 packages riding in our trucks leaking all over everything. That’s just one example.
It’s just stuff people! Half the planet is struggling to find a clean drink of water and a bowl of rice!

“1st, love this place. No issues, the 2 clerks that are always there are fun, happy, and make it a fun enjoyable visit everytime.
For those who say they are not, YOU, must have been rude, inconsiderate or just in a bad mood when you went in. Stop taking things out on these 2. They are employees and people. If you are nice they will do whatever they can to help you. If you come in rude with an attitude, well then you get what you give. Ive been there enough to see it all.
And as for Jade... lol you must be a miserable person by all your bad reviews. Just stay home, since it seems like the majority of the time you post bad reviews.”
