“My favorite gym in central PA...great facilities and equipment....Warren Raber got me to join and I'm glad i did! All the regular lifters and trainers are super nice and have good vibes. I also love the indoor pool! #gymthenswim”
“Very good gym but it can get very busy during peak times. I go anywhere between 11 and 3 and its mostly empty. There are two additional rooms in which you can utilize if the main gym area is too crowded. The gym is very clean and well maintained. I rarely see a machine that is out of service. There are a few pieces of equipment I'd prefer to have added. But, considering the price, this gym is well worth it.”
