“Being new to cat ownership, and it not coming with a manual, I had some questions. I think the cat is full of hair, and the first guy I talked to inside the door, took me right to the correct place, but then got his boss to confirm, the products he was recommending. I chose a product then decided to wander around for a bit. I ran into two additional employees, both who checked on me to see if I was finding what I needed. Absolutely great customer service. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
The store seems clean and well stocked, but the human element shines above everything else. (Pictured is not the cat)”

“I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff! My dog was really anxious one day, which is not typical & very strange, but they were so kind to him and me and took the time to make sure he was comfortable. I also got my dog groomed here and he looks wonderful! The cost is great. I would highly suggest bringing your dog here!”
“Grooming and baked goods for your dogs and they do a great job on both. The bakery has decorated baked goods that look delicious to the human eye. They have other products for your fur babies as well. They sell some dog foods and accessories. The shop is a delight. They also provide grooming services. My grand-dog goes there and she always looks puffy and perfect when she is groomed. They are patient and kind. Bring ya wallet-they are pricey with their products, but you get what you pay for too. Parking is on the street. Shop was clean and handicap accessible.”
“Pretty Birds is the ONLY place I will EVER go for bird grooming. I have 2 parrots, an African Grey and a Yellow Naped Amazon. "My birds bite," I said. And in response, Don handled them like they were old friends! No biting, he even shaved their beaks and they didn't even cry! Don has love and compassion for birds and their humans. I learned more from him than anyone in all my years of having parrots! Pretty Birds is a Bird Boarder. Be sure to make an appointment for your bird's grooming needs.”
“I may be biased as I am married to Ryan, and we have known Brad for many many years, but I love this little store! Even if I didn't know them, I'm sure by the end of a first visit I would. They are both knowledgeable in many different animal care aspects. They have high quality foods, toys, litter (I want to cry when they are out of my favorite one!), treats, and more. Make sure to stop in and say hi! You may even get to see one of the visiting foster cats up for adoption!”

“So glad I found Asgard! My girls has been on raw diet since puppy and we just moved here. I have to put her on other food for traveling and she’s having soft stools since we arrive. “Personally my husband and I always have a good experience at this store. Staff is friendly and store is clean. We haven’t done the separate area for animal grooming but so can’t speak on that. Recently purchased a Syrian hamster here and so far it’s been great, she’s really loving her new home.”

“This was my first time using The Dog Stop service. I must say from my initial call to picking up my pet I was impressed. I called the day before to ask for pricing and availability. The young man walked me through the online registration process. There I was able to create an account and make an appointment because the website was user friendly. The day of my appointment the staff was super nice and took the extra time to answer questions I had. I dropped my pet off and he was ready within a couple of hours. I was satisfied with his grooming and the service I received. Also, there prices can't be beat. I will be back for sure. Great Job Team Dog Stop!!!”

“Finally the Petco in Monroeville has a Groomer, And she is wonderful her name is Charlie she was great with my long haired Chihuahua groomed perfect!!!! We will be back :) 12-2-2022 Took us on time and was done earlier than promised I'm so happy :) I believe the grooming dept was closed for around 6 months I have been to two other groomers in the area nothing like Petco !! Thank you for finding a good person for the job.”

“VETCO, a mobile clinic held at Petco, was an outstanding choice for getting my 7-year-old Shorkie, Mowgli, a full body exam, bloodwork, checked for heartworm, and vaccinated. Because of his small size, his vaccines have to be administered with time in between. We will return in two weeks to get the remainder of Mowgli’s shots. They took extra precautions to ensure Mowgli's safety and comfort throughout the exam, without the need for sedatives or Benadryl. Additionally, they went the extra mile by rechecking his heartworm test to confirm it was negative. This is a great alternative to a full pet hospital or veterinarian clinic, with pricing that is comparable if not cheaper.”

“I am new to the area and have 2 long haired German Shepherds (Ruger and Leupold) I have always groomed them myself (they are 4yo). I contacted a couple groomers in the area but because they had never been done by a groomer they would not take them so off to petco I went the staff was awesome they met the dogs (who are very well behaved) and I set up the grooming appt.
My boys were groomed by a young man named Frankie he did an excellent, amazing job on both of them and I just feel that he really needs the recognition he deserves!
