“Highly recommend!! I took my dog here last weekend and it was a positive experience all around! My dog is a Jack Russell Terrier and not always happy to have a bath and her nails clipped. Jules, the wonderful lady who took care of our fur baby was amazing! She took time to ask me about our dog, if there was anything she should look out for or avoid. She was so helpful and so kind with our dog. Our dog was so happy and calm after her treatment, she's usually anxious for hours after being at the groomer. I will absolutely be going back to Jules at Woof Gang and would highly recommend her, especially if you have an anxious puppy!”

“Healthy Pet Products currently has four locations--three in the Pittsburgh area and one in Florida. The stores sell premium foods, treats, and supplies for dogs, cats, and small pets. I usually purchase pet products from national retailers such as Chewy, Petsmart, Amazon, and Target, but I felt interested in investigating the Healthy Pet Products store in the North Hills. When I entered the store, an employee immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I looked around the store for many minutes. I found lots of unique products that I had not seen at other retailers. I saw many brands and types of foods and treats (e.g., bagged, canned, frozen, freeze-dried, raw, and grain-free) in many flavors (e.g., chicken, beef, duck, lamb, rabbit, turkey, and venison). I also saw many types of toys, health supplements, hygiene products, grooming supplies, leashes and collars, etcetera. I decided to buy three treats for my dog--turkey, beef and lamb, and bacon ice cream. A second employee immediately noticed me at the cash register, greeted me, accurately scanned my products and processed my payment, and thanked me. So far, I have given two of the treats to my dog, and she happily wagged her tail as she ate all of the treats. Tip: Check out the Healthy Pet Products website for sales and coupons.”

“I came to the century 3 Petco today after work . I shop between the waterfront and this one . I did some shopping for my Bronny today. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Terry. This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients. “I went in to get the same food I get every month from either Chewy or PetSmart. Both places were out of it and my kitty was running very low. Two employees from PetSmart came over and helped me troubleshoot what options I possibly had. I can't just get any food because what I needed was Purina H/A which you have to have a prescription to get. In the end they recommended I talk with my vet (always a good suggestion) but that Purina is probably having some supply chain issues and the Hills Z/D is the same thing just a different brand and that is probably what the vet will recommend. Well, they were spot on with all of it. I was very grateful for their help and their knowledge and the time they took to try and get my kitty the food she needs!”

“We sometimes come here for grooming. Each time, the staff is super friendly. The pricing is up-front, and it's easy to schedule appointments online. Right before Christmas, it was pretty busy, but the time they estimated for us was accurate and has never run over. They do a nice job cutting our poodle's hair when we can't make it into our normal groomer.”
