“My husband and I are re-doing our bedroom and were finally able to set up our gorgeous new bed frame today! Well silly me didn’t realize that our new bed frame required a box spring, while our old one did not. ??♀️ I thought we were screwed and would have to sleep on the floor again for another few weeks. We each work 12+ hour shifts and couldn’t get to a store any time soon … I have to tell you, the most unexpected wonderful thing happened. I called The Original Mattress Factory in Mt. Lebanon at 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening desperate to see if we could get a box spring delivered sometime this week. I was SO lucky that it just so happened that Bill picked up the phone. He helped me purchase a box spring over the phone and decided to drop it offat our home PERSONALLY just an hour and a half later! Omg! He is such a thoughtful sweet human being and we could not thank him enough! He saved us so many headaches and backaches… please give this man a raise.”

“Stopped by the showroom on Mcknight on November 5th. Had the pleasure of working with Phil. He was wonderful! Took the time to explain all the offerings available in the twin sized mattress sets. No pressure, no rush. We felt comfortable taking our time to make a decision. We tested all the beds and discussed pricing. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared with other mattress stores in the area.We scheduled delivery for November 11th. Wow!!! What a great experience that was. It was completed within the timeframe promised, drivers followed my specific instructions to park in driveway on side of house and we were provide with text messages and calls updating us along the way. The delivery guys had the old mattresses covered and new ones delivered quickly and efficiently! I liked the fact that we are able to schedule delivery on Saturday which was more convenient for us. We had a great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend a trip to store if you are mattress shopping!”
“This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure.
