“We live in Portland OR and are in Hershey for a family reunion. Just so happened that this Columbia Factory Store just opened so we had to check it out. True to the quality of Columbia, this location is top notch! They have a great selection and a little bit of something for everyone. The employee are so knowledgeable and friendly. I wish them great success in this newest location!”

“I walked in with the thought of just looking and it turned into a shopping spree well worth it. I suggest that you definitely go in and ask them to scan items and watch how your mouth drops when the price is given to you. Definitely worth it during this inflation..”

“I forgot socks while visiting PA. I am quite picky when it comes to socks, too, (mainly because I have tiny feet and wear youth size!) I can't find a good fit EXCEPT from Under Armour. I was so glad to find the outlet close to where I was visiting!!

The store was clean & well stocked... except for kids socks! I was quite lucky to find the last package of my size hidden on the wrong peg behind a smaller size. There was only a few pegs of kid's sizes in this store... so when I say lucky.... I mean it.

The only true complaint I would have is the wait to check out. I only saw one employee in the store who was helping another customer with a lengthy return. By the time additional help arrived at the registers to help him ... the line was 4 customers deep and going on 7-8 minutes wait time. I was there on a week-day during school hours and it didn't seem too busy.... But with limited help at the register, it seemed worse than it should have. Either way... I was still waiting to buy my socks! They are worth it to me!!”

“I have bought shoes there. And I have also had shoes repaired there, since 1978 very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. If you want good quality shoes that will Outlast Big box store brands shop at tulli's.”

“We are from out of town and came in today to find some new clothes. There are not outlet stores close to where we live and we went to lots of shops today. The only reason I gave a four-star is because the woman that worked there did not seem very nice. We do have kids and they were running around a little bit and we apologized to the woman multiple times and she never acknowledged us as we were apologizing. She just kind of scowled at us. It made for an awkward situation. We got a mix of clothes and were happy to find some things! It was clean and well put together there. Hope to stop next time we are in town!”

“Excellent service, good selection for an outlet. I went in looking for snow boots, was not disappointed. They had a BOGO sale, also bought a nice pair of flats for work. I go there twice a year. They have man-made "leather" and real leather, which is what I prefer.The snow boots pictured are real leather, fit well, and are very comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would!”
