“Let me start by saying this place is amazing. The clothes are great quality and stylish. I needed an outfit for a new job orientation, I went to pretty much every store in the outlets. I wasn't having much luck, then I came here. I was greeted by Jennifer who is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. She was the only employee working, but she still took the time to help me find the perfect outfit & right size! She was so helpful and so sweet. It's about a month later now, I called to ask about the return policy- she answered and even on the phone her kindness shined through. I appreciate her help and I love the store!”

“Excellent service, good selection for an outlet. I went in looking for snow boots, was not disappointed. They had a BOGO sale, also bought a nice pair of flats for work. I go there twice a year. They have man-made "leather" and real leather, which is what I prefer.The snow boots pictured are real leather, fit well, and are very comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would!”

“I have been buying and wearing sketchers slip-on slip resistant work shoes for the last 12 years. My previous pair reached its 3rd year and my hip was feeling the brunt of it. I knew it was time for a new pair of work shoes… FAST. So I got online only to find out sketchers had stackable discounts. I got a brand new pair of work shoes for almost half the price! I was able to pick them up half an hour before the store closed. The two ladies at the front desk greeted me so kindly and had no problem letting me try on my purchase to make sure I was happy. They also helped me review my purchase to make sure I got the best deal. I am always beyond happy with my sketchers. I ALWAYS order online. I had never been to a sketchers outlet before yesterday. I will be returning soon for a second pair in-store because the service was fantastic and the deals were unbeatable. Thank you Hershey sketchers outlet !!”

“This store complies 100% with the American with Disabilities Act 2010 design standards. The aisles have a clear width of over 36”. The doors are easy to open and get through. The benches are stable and wide. Checkout is easy as the counter is clear of clutter. Customer service is terrific! Eli and Marcie knew exactly were I could find my crazy shoe size and were gracious and helpful. Top notch all around.”
