Management decided to end my 20 years membership to this gym under the pretense that "I'm not happy and Platinum fitness is not a fit for me" just because I ask management to fix what is broken and the mice infestation via private messages (FB messenger). As a consumer, I have a right to ask for a fully functional facility,I reached out six times since the beginning of 2022 asking for assistance and giving feedback; yet they see that as a negative rather than an opportunity to better the business. Platinum has always had a wide variety of equipment for every type of gym-goer. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hours are 24/7 for premium memberships which is unbeatable. I love the atmosphere, the people, and the community at platinum. I’ve been going here since October 2017 and to this day, it’s still my favorite gym.

I’ve been coming here since we moved about 3 years ago. Definitely my favorite gym. Always has what you need and they are always working to keep it clean and upgraded.

By far the best gym I’ve been to. So many positive things about it! It’s open 24 hours so no matter your schedule you can always get a workout in. They literally have everything you could ask for in a gym. I was able to use machines I’ve never seen at crunch or planet fitness. The staff is great and very helpful. Last night was my first time going as a member and I stayed for 2 1/2 hours! It was amazing and helped me mentally in soo many ways. I recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking for a place to go where you don’t have to sit around waiting on equipment to use. This gym will help me take my goals to the next level and I’m looking forward to it!
