“5 Bridges is the best! The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, the instructors are amazing and best of all, the members are so welcoming. I met with one of the dieticians several times and came away with a healthy eating plan specific to my needs. Highly recommend this place!”
“I recently rejoined after having quit during the pandemic. I hadn't realized how much I missed these workouts. I love that I get a challenging workout in 60 minutes and Coach Jenny is just the best!”
“Super happy with my experience here. I live out of town but have been in the Linglestown/Harrisburg area for a couple of weeks. It's too hot to workout outside most days, so I needed a gym. Jason and the team there welcomed me with open arms despite the fact they knew my tenure with them would be short. And they didn't charge me a bunch of registration fees etc. They gave me a prorated monthly membership. The gym is clean, has all the equipment you'll need, has courteous members, has cleaning stations everywhere, and even has the GO PRO channel so I could watch some surfing and action sports while doing cardio. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym in the area.”
“My kids have been playing basketball and baseball here for years. We enjoy how they are so focused on the kids instead of the winning. Keep up the awesome work! We appreciate you.”

It seems kinda strange that the whole rowing machine handle and cord is totally gone. Was it ripped off?”

“Great service very polite staff, pool was nice as well as the hot tube. The excercise equipment needs some service done to them and the place could be a tad cleaner. Other equipment in bathrooms also need repair to them. But overall a good place if your not too picky and just want to swim and have a good workout.Years later still awesome and my go to gym :)”
“A gym where you are not just a face in the crowd. You get individualize help with everything from working out, to help in their wide variety of small classes they offer. You are treated like family. Both Ashley and Dave are very knowledgeable with how the body works and how to treat injuries. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else!”
“Actually, my visit was to Inspired Physical Therapy. They share common space. Anyway, my grandmother (may she rest in peace) constantly told me, over and over, "Michael, never get old." Well, it's been some years since her passing, and with a prosthetic toe (yes, but not from moving furniture, like my buddy who had a sofa incident- that's another story about his wife sweating she heard a mouse - running across the carpet behind the sofa. Like any good husband, he picked up the sofa to move it away from the wall, dropped you know where), titanium hip (next ones up for an Oscar soon), repaired broken knee (was inventing a new, high-flying Olympic sport, rotator surgery, after 95% loss of functionality, three herneated neck docs - others are worse off than I - don't get old. This place does therapy one-on-one. It's not a cattle shoot. Unfortunately, with my succession of injuries, cost containment has shifted to other areas. Make it a great day! Get out of your own way!”
“My wife started going to this gym 2 years ago, I decided to join a year later. The workers are kind and the environment is a safe environment. I enjoy the weight room upstairs and the cardio equipment”
