“Tried to pick up my phone today (11/27) and weren’t opened when the site said they were supposed to be. Waited about an hour or sours after they were supposed to open and never did. And I have to pick this order up by Wednesday!!! Security didn’t even know when or if they would open.How to change this review once I actually get to this store and there are opened when they are supposed to be…UPDATE: Best customer service. “the staffs at this store are amazing especially Esmer I had a problem with my phone and I wanted a new phone but I was more worried about my pictures and my contacts and she told me that she can transfer all of my pictures and contacts to my new phone and she did an amazing job, Brandon is the nicest person ever he broke it down for me on how much I am going to spend cause I was on a tight budget and Brandon right away knew the prices right from the back of his head so therefor I am so thankful for Esmer & Brandon if it wasn't for them two I don't know what I was going to do.”
