“Nikki and Liam were extremely kind and helpful in trying to fix a line issue with my husband’s phone. I probably spent over 2hrs with each of them and customer support over the phone to try and get this resolved. Nikki worked on it for weeks after I left the store and finally got it resolved. Honestly, it was probably outside the scope of what her job description is, but I am so thankful for her help and going above and beyond. She is a hero! They both were also very helpful and good with problem solving to find a temporary fix until tech support finally could get the line fixed.
