I went to this store for help changing my Xfinity Internet plan. I was told an offer and it was a good introductory price. Great! I asked what the price goes up to after that... The rep says, "Oh, I don't know, I don't know". Yeah, right! And that kind of treatment is why I then left the store and looked online where I could see what the full prices are. I feel I'd be a fool to listen to anyone selling me anything at these stores. Shady.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I requested multiple times that they disconnect all services, starting in May. Only to have them continue to bill me. I also tried to return all the equipment ,only to be told that they didn't want certain equipment back. They have also refused to give any credit for the returned equipment or for the fact that the service was down for an entire week due to their work in my area

My first time in this store. I was only stopping in to pick up equipment I ordered through the call center. There were several customers ahead of me but I was in and out very quickly. Fast and friendly service from the staff.

Great experience with Haley Thomas! She handled a pretty complex issue with my IPhone 15 Pro Max getting stolen/missing during shipping. After a few failed attempts with the Xfinity customer service dept to took problem head on and resolved the issue. A+ customer service! Thank you Haley

If there were a negative (-) star rating I would be giving it to COMCAST for poor customer service and customer relations management. I have been attempting to get Comast hooked up to my house for the last 3 years. I have a 'Ticket' number from 2021. They actually came out and measured the distance to my house to verify the distance from the Comcast location on the pole. The Comcast rep/engineer that measured stated that I was under a certain distance and it wouldn't cost me any money for them to install cable. A couple of months later a couple of Comcast trucks showed up and ran the cable to the pole near my house. That was 3 years ago. To this date, I still can not get ANYONE from COMCAST to contact me, call me back, or follow up with me to connect my house to Comcast for TV and Internet. THIS is NOT how you run a business. COMCAST receives Government funding to provide service to rural areas. I just tried 5x to contact my local Comcast in Greensburg, PA. Finally was able to get through. I actually just spoke to a Comcast rep, 'Carter'. Very nice. Very professional. He doesn't understand why someone hasn't followed up with me either. 'Carter' took all of my contact information and stated that someone will be in touch with me shortly. I hope so. The irony of this entire situation is that my neighbor at the bottom of my driveway has had Comcast for the past 4 years, AND I, living across the road from him, can't even get Comcast to hook my house up for over 3 years!!!! This is NOT how you grow and capture market share and/or retain Customer Lifetime Value!!!

They are Constantly raising their prices. In the last few months they have raised my bill from $115 to $135 yet still keep the same quality of service(which isn't that great) Honestly it's ridiculous. And on top of that us as customers are never notified on a bill increase its always "suprise" your bill went up even more this month. I am honestly so close to switching companies because it's insane....
