Comcast has a monopoly, and they know it. Otherwise, helpful service at this location (their hands are tied by a company that doesn't value its long-time customers).

There were lots of people waiting. I was able to get in and out quickly as I was only dropping off equipment. The staff were very friendly.

In about 5 minutes, Tom Douch explained to me why my bill increased. Something the girls I talked to on the phone could not do in 2 phone calls lasting over a half each.
