“They have the common dealership service department system. The service writer ( euphemistically titled service advisor) produces the repair order (r.o.) that gets the work done. I asked to have the tire pressures adjusted and balanced, twice. Once when a damaged tire was replaced, which they didn't do, and subsequently at an oil change. The advisor hand wrote it on the RO but when I checked my app, it didn't look like the work was done correctly if at all. This is typical of what to expect from dealership service departments. There's no substitute for a real mechanic. The wrench turners working at dealership service departments won't find or fix a problem you identified without going through hoops, involving multiple visits. These guys are no better than and no worse than other dealerships. Their problem isn't the personnel, it's the system.”
