“Five stars doesn't seem like enough to show my appreciation and opinion of a company that just wants to do the right thing for their customers. I wish I had known about them sooner but they just saved me a bunch of money that I would have paid for unnecessary repairs at Murphy Ford. Turns out that what Murphy Ford said was turbocharger or transmission problems was actually a disconnected turbocharger hose (that Murphy disconnected during a recall). Mechanic at all phase took time out to look at it (no appointment), found and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and wouldn't even charge me! I'll never go anywhere else.”

“Aston service center has been working on my vehicle for nearly the entire 12 years I’ve owned it. I started out at their old building which had the gas station attached. Was thrilled to see them doing well enough to move into a beautiful new building and can’t recommend them enough. “I would highly recommend Lees Auto. I've been going there since I moved to the area. The mechanics will always explain things clearly. Just recently, they had an opportunity to replace my alternator ( everyone said it was an alternator problem when the car wouldn't start despite having a brand new battery). Instead, the new battery needed a full charge! So, $35 to run a diagnostic test instead of over $700 for an alternator!”

“I took my son's truck in for Pennsylvania inspection and asked the owner Chris to perform a list of extra work I felt needed to be done as the truck is 20 years old. He went over the list and assured me the work would all be completed and provided me with an estimate. I agreed and they took the truck in a day later. Due to the long list of work I requested, I expected them to have the vehicle for 2 or 3 days. Chris called me midway through day 3 and informed me that the shocks they ordered were running late and should get there later in the day and his guys would do their best to get it done. I told him I'd rather give them the truck an extra day so his guy doesn't rush through it. All the work was done and I picked up the truck and was given the bill. It was about $100 over the estimate and I understood why. The older vehicles sometimes other things pop up and add to the time. Hence, "estimate". I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. 2 weeks afterwards, there was an issue with the air conditioning system that I discussed with Chris I felt could have been caused as a result of something being disconnected while the work was performed. He agreed and took the truck in immediately and remedied it within a few hours at no charge. I felt that way very fair. I will use this shop again in the future because I felt like I was treated well and I was happy with the workmanship. It's extremely difficult to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable using and although I've been using this location for 5+ years, this was my first time with Chris as the new owner. Euromotive quickly identified the issue and promptly fixed it. They saved us so much time and money, when other non-euro car mechanics had wrongly diagnosed the problem and had suggested significantly more expensive repairs (that ultimately would not have fixed the problem).
