“Took our Kirby G4 in yesterday because suction was low through the hose. The technician checked out the machine and determined that there was a clog in the hose. He cleared the clog and checked to make sure the suction was back to normal before sending away a very satisfied customer (all at no charge). Excellent customer service!”

“Had a fab experience with Seidmans! Did a kitchen remodel and needed all new appliances. Looked in the big box stores but didn't have confidence in their advice or delivery. Seidmans was extremely easy to work with. Very knowledgable and flexible with delivery. I had them do the dishwasher install which was quick and efficient. Flexible delivery was greatly appreciated as we had some curveballs in the remodel process. Beth helped me select the right appliances for my budget and assisted with getting manufacturer rebates as well! I am super happy with the service, selection and prices I received from Seidmans. He took me where the dehumidifiers were and assisted me in selecting the one we needed and placing it inside my shopping cart.Sam is a true example of EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Sam”

“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”

“Usually, I can't find anyone to assist me at Home Depot or they just point say, "over there" and continue stocking shelves. Not L'Ron Who works at the Miller Road in Wilmington store. He walked me to the correct aisle to find what I need and even gave me a vendor from his contacts in his phone to help mount my TV on the wall. He is a stellar employee who wants to be of service, and that is the only way to be in life. Helping others who need help is what the world needs more of. Thank you L'Ron and I got the TV mounted!”

“I had to pick up shelf pegs and was near this Home Depot so I stopped in.The customer service rep I encountered was not only helpful but very personable.She initially couldn't find exactly what I needed and when I had first approached her I knew she was busy using her laptop at a nearby desk.She eagerly got up to help me and when she wasn't able to find what I needed she reached out to another associate.She then directed me to the aisle where they could be found. It was a pleasant experience chatting with her. I was able to also find what I needed as a result of her not giving up and handing me off to someone else. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves to be mentioned.Sometimes you come across the nicest souls when you least expect it.The store itself was tidy and seemed to have good energy. There also were no long lines like other Home depots I've been to in prior days.”
