He did not speak to her like she was a child, but like a person who was going to have a part in making some decisions that would benefit and impact her experience. I was also impressed by many of the options Erie Bank has that other banks don't have. For example, access to a coin counter, and the ability to provide a new bank card from the bank directly, versus waiting a standard period for it to come in the mail.”
