“Very helpful employees at this branch in person or on the phone. I had a few overdraft fees and after Citizens announced overdraft fee waivers as one way the bank was helping their members during the pandemic. The workers at the branch when i called about this waived two I had no issue, money was back in my account in five minutes, which I view as a tremendous help, $37 per transaction can snowball quick. I called the primary customer service line last week and after an understandably long wait the rep said because I had two from my previous direct deposit refunded I used all the waivers available(2) for my checking account for the year!(promo says 90 days for most cases) I called the branch and was quickly waived 3. Again a big help when trying to slide into the next payday. I rate the branch high for a lot of other interactions not just for the help with fees.”

“Upon my first visit to this site I was impressed. The employees were friendly and attentive. It was refreshing to be greeted in a welcoming way, but also with genuine smiles. My teenage daughter was opening up an account. The staff person we spoke to explained everything in an easy to understand way. She was encouraged to ask questions. He did not speak to her like she was a child, but like a person who was going to have a part in making some decisions that would benefit and impact her experience. I was also impressed by many of the options Erie Bank has that other banks don't have. For example, access to a coin counter, and the ability to provide a new bank card from the bank directly, versus waiting a standard period for it to come in the mail.”

After visiting another bank and a gas station with money order services that would not assist my request I stopped in First National Bank in Erie, PA. I was greeted with a smile and a warm customer service attitude by teller Jared. He assisted my request for a Cashiers Check even though I was not a customer. The transaction went smoothly and efficient. I am very grateful for the interaction and the great customer service I received. Bravo First National. 5 stars.”

“Wheelchair Accesible , remote door opener , some recent changes the ATM next to the front door has been removed and bricked over . Has multiple drive thru lanes and 2 available drive or walk up ATM . This is also a branch that can replace a lost or stolen Debit card on the spot rather than waiting for one to come in the mail .credit cards can not be replaced at any branch, that is handled via 800 number and mail . I have used PNC as my bank for almost 20 years , they have consistently exceeded my expectations in customer service connivence and ease of use , the Mobile banking App works great and has run perfectly on everything from android Wi Fi tablets to IPhones on 5 G.”
