“I had a very good experience in my purchase of a toilet. Adam Wygant from the Appliance dept was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Also, Megan Bujalski at the customer service desk was very professional and understanding when I called to cancel the order. However, the reason for cancellation was due to the unprofessionalism of the installer. I will continue to purchase items from Lowe's, but will not use their installers.”

“Super helpful staff. Very attentive and offer help as you enter, and leave you alone to browse when you decline. The store is well stocked with merchandise. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and there are some REALLY great deals to be had on clearance items. There is such a variety of items, it is worth going up and down every aisle just to find the exact thing you didn't know you needed! LOL”

Chuck was in the Christmas section, another young man (I didn't see his name tag) in the lightbulb aisle, and another young man at the self - checkout who offered to help. In this current era of reduced staffing, it was so encouraging and time-saving for me.”

“ProSource of Cranberry Township, replaced all my carpet at my home with Shaw carpet that we bought at ProSource in Cranberry Township. After two years I started to notice the higher traffic areas were show signs of matting down and showing signs of wear. I called my salesman Mr. Clint Boozer at ProSource, and I explained to him that I felt the carpet was showing signs of wearing out earlier than what I expected. Clint was able to have a carpet inspector come to my home to inspect the carpet. The inspector did a report on the carpet and to my surprise within a couple weeks I was notified by ProSource that Shaw the carpet company that made the carpet was going to replace all of our carpet in our home at no charge to us. I was so pleased with Mr. Clint Boozer for handling this problem and we also really appreciated the carpet installers, JT McCormick's Carpet Installation. He did a wonderful job removing the old carpet and installing all the new carpet. “It would greatly benefit Home Depot to reduce the number of self-checkouts and increase the presence of workers at the front to assist with customer checkouts.While it may seem like society is becoming less inclined to work, Home Depot could consider offering discounts to customers who choose to scan their own items. However, it is crucial to address the issue of scanner malfunctions promptly, as waiting for assistance can be time-consuming and frustrating.Implementing a system similar to grocery stores, where workers scan the items for customers, would simplify the process and improve efficiency. Although technology continues to advance rapidly, it is important to strike a balance between automation and human assistance.While workers are undoubtedly helpful, it would be fair to give self-checkouts a two-star rating.”

“I have been to at least 10 Home Depot while living in New York and I switched to Lowes do to lack of anyone to help you. Wife &I just moved to Pittsburg and obviously I needed ton of things for the home. I was super surprised and astonished when the depot workers which were everywhere in the store asked if I needed help, Wow that is a first for me and I also checked on appliances as we need a whole new kitchen and the salesman told us to wait till wen as they were having a huge 4th of July sale. Wow again both great customer experience and no pushy sales pitches. I found my new home based store again I give them 5 stars and will definitely be back over and over.”

“Great store to buy your outdoor needs and animal products. They have miscellaneous specials on tools and other products to use around the house. Clothing line is limited but does offer gear to keep you warm and comfortable while working outside. They also offer a wide variety of fun vehicles for kids including go-karts and small four wheelers. They have a large selection of trailers and all your trailer hitch accessories. In the summer they offer a nice variety of bird selection at such as chickens and ducks.”

“Came here to get some last minutes items for some projects around the house. We had been out almost all day at other hardware stores and just decided that we would come here because it was sort of on our way home. To me, the felt like a smaller Home Depot than what I am use to. But that didn't hinder our experience. We kind of knew what we were looking for when we walked in and made sure to pick up each item and try to get on our way. We did end up browsing for a bit and obviously picking up some other items we didn't know we needed, but were glad we stumbled upon. We did have a few questions throughout and although you could tell that some of the associates were a bit tired from the day, they were very helpful. We made our way to the self pay checkouts and were out of the store fairly quickly.”

“Cyber Monday we bought a Christmas tree. It was a $200 tree on sale for $80. This tree is beautiful. 7 feet tall with lifelike needles, pre-lit. It comes with a remote to change the patterns and wrote l white to multi colored lights. We bought the floor model, so there was no box, but we got the directions. We thought they would take it apart, but we had to. That was my only complaint.”

“Everything you need for an average homeowner and most of the stuff for pros. I especially like the selection of fasteners, lumber selection would deserve some improvement. Around holidays you can find pretty sweet deals. If you are a veteran you will have 10% off. Pet friendly, plenty of parking.”
