“Other hardware stores around hire employees that have complete lack of communication skills, complete disregard towards the customers, and a total lack of care for providing any customer service whatsoever. This Home Depot in particular is the exception, I am always treated with respect, and I always receive the quality help and care I need when shopping for all sorts of products. The other stores in the area are so bad that I've gone in, sought help or specific products, and I leave to come to this Home Depot each time, the only one that's worthy.”

“It would greatly benefit Home Depot to reduce the number of self-checkouts and increase the presence of workers at the front to assist with customer checkouts.While it may seem like society is becoming less inclined to work, Home Depot could consider offering discounts to customers who choose to scan their own items. However, it is crucial to address the issue of scanner malfunctions promptly, as waiting for assistance can be time-consuming and frustrating.Implementing a system similar to grocery stores, where workers scan the items for customers, would simplify the process and improve efficiency. Although technology continues to advance rapidly, it is important to strike a balance between automation and human assistance.While workers are undoubtedly helpful, it would be fair to give self-checkouts a two-star rating.”

“Cyber Monday we bought a Christmas tree. It was a $200 tree on sale for $80. This tree is beautiful. 7 feet tall with lifelike needles, pre-lit. It comes with a remote to change the patterns and wrote l white to multi colored lights. We bought the floor model, so there was no box, but we got the directions. We thought they would take it apart, but we had to. That was my only complaint.”
“Nice staff greeting you and at the Geek Squad. By the way, do not call.. visit the store. Or email them. The phone goes to a national line. But no worries, they are great at the McKnight location and others. Cleaned up my laptop computer system and helped with the battery. All set now! ?”
“We had a wonderful experience with Crescent! We hired them to install new glass shower doors in our renovated bathroom. Our needs and shower opening were a bit unique and required a good deal of planning. Michael was awesome to work with - very kind, thorough and patient throughout the entire process! Along with JJ, who handled the measure and install with his son, they helped us come up with a beautiful design and they made sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend Crescent!”
