Installers did a masterful job of maneuvering the fridge through barely wide enough doorways to its exceptionally snug resting place. Very polite, clean and professional. Fully satisfied.”
“This location has great customer service! When schools closed due to Covid, my high school senior and her friend started making corn hole boards and decorating themselves then friends. Someone always helped them with their supply needs. About two weeks ago, I dealt with Carry in the paint department, he was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions! By far the best customer service ever! My paint project turned out great because of his advice!”

“My experience with Torresdale appliances from start to finish was top-tier. They greeted me at the door. They asked me what I needed and then they asked me if I had a budget that I was trying to stay with then what model or make that I want was just very pleasant. I was able to walk in near with the budget that I had and leave with three semi pieces of new Appliances plus delivery all within my budget. So I’m saying is to say if you are looking for a place that offers good quality appliances And awesome customer service skills check out Torresdale appliances Tell them Precious sent you!”
“We had a solid experience with the contractors that came out to help install our new appliances (and a few other things).
I think they were installed right because there's no gas smell and everything in our kitchen works and looks fine.
The downside though: communication and installation speed.
We picked a delivery day when we ordered, but arrival window was communicated the day before, which was annoying. Glad we were able to move around some work stuff so we were available.
The other downside was how fast they installed things. Might sound weird, but it was so fast I was worried they skipped steps. The oven and microwave were installed in 15 min (including removal of the old ones). We blinked and it was done. Still kinda paranoid they didn't pay close enough attention to detail.
I also had to adjust burner flame hight myself (the last appliance store did that for you), and both appliances had a number of grease smudges on them.
But overall, for the price, we're happy.”

“Someone once said this place is a man's paradise. Well welcome to 2021 now also a woMANS sweet escape too. Lol anyway I stopped in for top coat after staining and trees can't wait to plant them. Very nice despite the very small selection store was busy as usual check out took a while but the sweet girl in the nursery was awesome. Wish the employees in the paint department were a little more helpful. Masks worn. I'd recommend.”

“I went in looking for a washer and spoke with Drew who was very nice and not pushy He showed me a few different machines and then directed me to a model that was just what I was looking for. The delivery guys Kevin, Bret and oh I forget the one's name were very nice and professional they hauled away my old machine and hooked up the new one and checked it to make sure it was good. I have to say you can tell this place is family owned because they all take pride in their customers I will spread the word”
