After about 15 minutes talking to Jen zbout my online order issue, she took care of the issue for me. She was outsanding with her ability to handle my issue. She was kind ,polite and very knowledgeable in resolving my issue. Very grateful I had the opportunity to have her assistance. Wonderful individual with a great personality. Thank you Jen..”

“Went there to get a belt for our washer. I walk in the store and the lady was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me because I was interrupted her reading. I said excuse me but, I thought you were here to work. Well, finally she got me the belt for the washer, it turned out to be the wrong one. And when I took it back I got the same attitude and I forgot my receipt and didn't she make me go all the way back to Philly. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. There's plenty of appliance stores that I could go to. Well since my last review I went back with the wrong receipt and they were nice enough to take it for the price that was on it. So, I'm happy with them now.”
