Initially I called the location in Erie, Pa but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely professional and kind enough to tell me he would recommend me calling the Fairview location since they were booked a month out. I really appreciated this, since I know any shop could have gladly accepted my vehicle knowing I would be paying an arm and leg for a rental for over a month.
