“I cannot say enough great things about Brett at Campus Town at the TCNJ Verizon store in Ewing, NJ. I have been going to this location for several years and have been lucky enough to have Brett help me each time. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and I highly recommend him. It is awesome to have this location near my residence. I’ve been to other Verizon stores and do not get the personal care I can get here. Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. “The actual store was great! The parking lot was a NIGHTMARE. Normally I don't ever hold a bad parking lot against a business, but in this case, I must. It took over 5 minutes just to back out a spot. I can tell accidents must happen here every day. Super weird design, cars constantly coming in and out, and it was very small for the amount of businesses here.You'd be better off parking in the big lots parking lot and walking”

“Thank you Mike for your useful tips and helpful policy knowledge! I was interested in knowing a little more about my recent Apple Watch purchase and possibly terminate my plan. Mike gave me a few options and when I decided to return the watch he was patient and still had a smile on his face. He mention since it was shipped to me (ordered online from a T-Mobile store) and within the 14days of purchase I could avoid a restocking fee, have a label emailed to me, and the plan could be cancelled the same day! So I called 611 right there and then and it was all true! I even received a refund for the taxes I paid on it. Thank you Mike for your patience, useful knowledge, and willingness to help!”
