I went yesterday to update my address. The woman behind the counter was so kind and helpful. She was exceptionally kind to me, the customers she served before me, and those after. Very happy with my service!

Had an appointment for my passport, everything went smoothly with no issues and the woman who helped me was very kind.

I used self-service. Said address not found. Then, the measure my package didn't work. I then put my item in a priority box. By then, even line to self-service was so long I had to leave. Chronically understaffed.
