“I’ve been to the store twice in the last week. I was overwhelmed and they helped me through the process. Thank you! Can’t imagine how tough it’s been over the last few years dealing with upset customers, including myself. I was gonna leave a negative review then realized half of the trouble I’ve experienced shipping things were self inflicted. The folks there have helped me sort things out properly so everything ships smoothly. Anyway, hope you all find this encouraging. May more smiles come, more encouragement, more love and more peace come to this store and to Caln Township. Thanks for everything you do. “Thank you Asia! You are the best!I went in today to get help with a money order and it also had to be mailed and I wanted to make sure it arrived and I had proof and a receipt.Asia was terrific. Had all of the paperwork flowing back and forth between us. She explained it all to me and made sure I filled out the correct information in the correct spots.Ten minutes and I was all set and done!Great location to do your business. Very nice people.”

“The Post office box at my building has a lock that is not working...I had a pkg delivered thurs or Fri last week, I cannot access it, had another pkg delivered this morning, same thing, cannot access. I had something to send, so I took the time to go to the post office location. I took care of my outgoing pkg and then mentioned the issue with accessing my pkgs...so a supervisor came and said to meet him there (I'm just a couple blocks away), and he fixed it!! Well, I was able to get my pkgs, and the lock needs to be replaced, but he's on top of it!!”

“I go out of my way to come here because the service is so much better than any local post office. Gary at the front desk is quite literally always there and is so friendly… it feels like he knows everyone in town. You can always find parking within a block or so to quickly run inside. Just wish their hours were longer. Also if your review is complaining about CALLING the post office you are obviously not up with the times on how short staffed they are. Don’t expect an answer just go by in person”

“Always a great experience at this post office. On a more specific encounter, today I had to get a passport and I followed the government website instructions to the best I could but I still got a few things wrong. The woman there was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out and helping spur of the moment for us to get our photo when the ones we brought weren't good enough. She was very friendly through the whole thing. I also like how they're the only post office in the area open late, because I don't get off work until 6 on weekdays and I can always rely on it.”
“I was quite fortunate that I arrived when I did as the hours listed in google are not correct. The hours at the door list 2pm on Sunday and Google lists 3pm but I was informed they close at 1pm. I was the last one to get service and I saw several frustrated folks who came in shortly after me. That said, the attendant was very helpful for me in getting my passport renewal documents submitted and I was in and out in ~15min.”
