I don’t think anyone tends to the drive thrus. I’ve come multiple times half an hour before close and sat until 10 after waiting for someone to just take my withdrawal.

After 27 years with this bank I am leaving. After 15 years on estatements they charge me $3 for a paper statement that I never requested and I had to re enroll in estatements. And they won't refund the $3 for the statement I never received or asked for.
