Safe & secure. Never any issues & I do forget to pay monthly rent every now & then, they send a reminder, I go & pay no problem. It's no different than renting an apartment, pay your rent & you do not get evicted or RED locked...

Rent is paid for over 30 days in advanced. They put red lock on as if we are a non paying customer. Can't not contact on a Saturday to rectify. Business telephone number on Google is a private residence whom is not tied to the business.
