“I am the owner of the ministorage and my name is Seth Tuttle. The previous post was posted by a customer who lost her case in court. She did not pay her rent and she took us to court and claimed we never tried to contact her. In the hearing we produced phone records that proved we had attepted to reach her over 20 times and left messages (the time for each call was posted and we recorded the messages). The case was thrown out of court. She omits those facts and presents false claims againt us. Notice she leaves no contact information and while in court she could not prove that she was able to pay her rent. This is a well run business that has been in existance over 30 years. While I feel sorry for her there is not any way we can store belongings for free. Obviously a case of sour grapes.”

“Reserved the truck easily online for same day pick up (12/1). Staff was courteous and helpful. But I much appreciate the gentleman I dealt with when I returned the truck on 12/2. I ran into an issue with my storage unit (not through U-Haul) and it was a total mess and ended up needing the truck and extra day. He was so nice, helpful, and he really made things better. I’m sorry that I didn’t get a name, but he was fantastic and I hope he knows that he made my situation a lot easier to deal with. Definitely recommend!”
