“Wheelchair Accesible , remote door opener , some recent changes the ATM next to the front door has been removed and bricked over . Has multiple drive thru lanes and 2 available drive or walk up ATM . This is also a branch that can replace a lost or stolen Debit card on the spot rather than waiting for one to come in the mail .credit cards can not be replaced at any branch, that is handled via 800 number and mail . I have used PNC as my bank for almost 20 years , they have consistently exceeded my expectations in customer service connivence and ease of use , the Mobile banking App works great and has run perfectly on everything from android Wi Fi tablets to IPhones on 5 G.”

“I usually come here for my banking needs. Michelle is very helpful and so is Cole. The wait time isn’t too bad for being busy either, just be paitent! All very kind workers.”

“This bank has extremely thorough verification processes for out-of-state check verification. They send the check to their "loss prevention" department in order to determine if it's a legitimate check, or a fraud/scam. Even though I found it very offensive and humiliating (the funds on the check were from money I saved while on Active Duty in the U.S. Army), the branch management persisted for days until the check was ultimately accepted and deposited. I had to make and receive phone calls with the Armed Forces Bank management to coordinate with PNC Bank management throughout this whole debacle. All the while, I had to live on $23 for 8 days while they were fiddling around with a considerable amount of money. Simple banking principle: put a hold on the check and wait. Too easy. All of this extra work over the matter made me feel like I should submit an application for employment with PNC Bank. Everything has been great since my initial fiasco: mobile app is very convenient and user-friendly; transactions post immediately; and I've even been approved for credit offers! Sometimes you just have to go through "the test" in life in order to get to the sweeter side. And, boy, there's many tests...but, just hold on, and everything is gonna be alright!!!! ?”

“Great location, and friendly staff. The only problem I have is there ATM which 85-90% of the time has constant issues and I have reported the issue to PNC multiple times. The staff are really nice, the bank is always cleaned and organized, and for the most part I have always had a good experience. Two times I have been there. I wish the ATM issue would be fixed so it could be more useful. This will be my new branch since the one on 8th street will close May 20, 2022 which was my main branch and this branch will be my main from now on.”
