Showed up for a quick deposit. They were closing as soon as we got there at 4:30 Many employees were walking out then - one named Hanna, helped us by answering our questions and directing us too the atm. Thank you Citizens Bank and Hanna for dealing with my late business, and helping me, off the clock.

My experience in the bank has always been above expectations. The tells are fantastic. The bank manager, Todd is great and always goes above and beyond.
