“The employees were great. The only reason for only 4 stars is the company's policy on accepted forms of payment for the vehicle deposit. They don't accept the payment methods that have recently become more common, such as cashapp and venmo. The only payment methods they accept are credit cards or non-prepaid debit cards, and they have to belong to someone who is on the rental agreement. Not everyone who rents a car has a bank account or a credit card. As I understand the importance of verifying identification and payment agreement, I feel there should be more alternatives.”

“I took my car to have the tires rotate, and oil changed. Not only did they work quickly, and got it done right the first time. They also worked me right in for an alignment. The world can be a crazy place, but we haven't had an issue with this dealership. I also added some touch-up paint that they had to order. I took my car in on a Friday. They had the paint on Monday. Very pleased.”

More times than not the rental car people are rude, seem bothered and generally act like they have the worst job in the world.
