Accidentally scheduled my appointment at the wrong location. I explained and they were able to get me in quickly. I am usually very hard to draw blood from and often have to be pricked several times to get a vein. The woman there, I think her name was Michaela, was friendly and got it right on the first time. I have found these people to be mostly friendly and efficient. Except for a couple of people who seemed brisk and business like, I don’t have an issue going here.
