“What an awesome experience. This facility is so efficient and well run. I received a text that I had to respond to check in easily when I arrived. I didn’t even sit for a minute - even though I was 8 minutes early and there were about 8 people in waiting room. Lora was extremely organized. I didn’t even realize she had already taken 3 tubes. I never felt needle go in. She was very personable. When I came out the waiting room was practically empty.”

I didn’t get her name … but she was wonderful! Quick & painless !They do need to get a sign out front that says … ACL lab is in the back of the building tho . A few of us were a bit confused lol”

“I’ve only had positive experiences at this particular location. Very friendly staff and have witnessed them being extremely kind to an elderly man who obviously comes in there on a regular basis. The change in their appointment system is not their fault, so don’t be mean and blame them.”
“I go for routine labs sometimes twice in a week so I know most of the girls geri is the one I hope I get but all the others are goodMy veins are hard to find except for one that's scarred. They usually get it on the first try and are very good to make it as no where painless than using any other vein.”

Started going to Michael at ACL- 7200 Summit location. He is awesome, knows how to draw, personality plus and you hardly feel the needle going in.We need more phlebotomist like Michael!!!”
