“I had difficulty in buying HP ink for my computer. I wanted to buy the "X" cartridge but when I got home, though it fit in nicely, it was said to be not effective. I had to exchange for the "A". The store graciously allowed the exchange.”

“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours.
