“William was very friendly and helpful! He let me know that there would be a little bit of a wait since he was with another customer (he was the only one in the store). When it was my turn he helped checked my warranty, called Verizon and dealt with customer service there (he was able to tell them exactly what was going on with my phone and what needed to be done to get a replacement). He also informed me of different plans that would save me money.”
