“We were looking specifically for a larger multi hold birdhouse, and we found this place online. They had two in their store and the owner got them down for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked ( being our first time birdhouse buyers ). We bought one and also decided to get a goldfinch feeder. We hung the feeder and we are totally enjoying watching all of the goldfinches eating from it. We are happy with both of our purchases.”

Altogether the process took ~5 minutes, and I was very impressed. Our dining set arrived 4 days later in perfect condition. Even though we were on opposite coasts, she was always quick to respond, sent multiple samples, design drafts that took into account all the ideas and overall vision I had for my bedroom. She facetimed me a few times to show me textures and combinations to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with Kelly and I will definitely reach out to her when it times for another room redesign.”

“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”

“Amazing gift/decor store! Ever since I was a kid passing this store I have always wanted to go inside. I stopped in on a whim and I am so glad I did. I wish I had been here sooner. The store turns every few months depending on the season. Right now it was filled with 90% Christmas. They had some beautiful antiques as well. The female working was so kind. She helped me here and there while I was walking in. I highly recommend this store!”

“I needed a gift for someone who has everything. This little boutique drew me in with their eye catching window display. Upon entering I was greeted and left to look around on my own. This shop is packed with everything you could think of - jewelry, candles, journals, bath products, handbags, crystals, and clothes! So many unique pieces too, lots of one of a kind items. The business owner, Natalie, is kind and engaging and wrapped my gifts (a moss amigo and hand poured candle) carefully. I guarantee you'd be able to find a gift for anyone in this store. Surrounded by their displays of hand‐made products, it is evident this shop stands a notch above the rest. The owner, John Luttmann, and employees have an incredible respect for the materials they work with and display a level of craftsmanship rarely seen in this day and age. If you're lucky enough to attend an event there, you will not be disappointed. My friends and family attended First Friday yesterday and swung by "The Yard" (right around the corner, in the alley) to check out their brand new, literal hole in the wall eatery. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, on their menu was delicious. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will be greeted with open arms and treated like a true friend.”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”

“I love this store and I know what you might be thinking because of how sparse the inventory has been lately but whatever you are thinking, it’s not true. They are very much NOT closing down for good, they explained to me convincingly that they are just trying to not get stuck with too much inventory especially just for Christmas and even though I love going there every time I go because of the customer service despite the fact that they are super understaffed. Other than the handful of times that I did wait in line to be checkedppp out, it wasn’t long and it was completely necessary. This past time which was last night was even better than normal. I was helped for the most part by a guy named Will and because it was late and they weren’t too busy he was there for any questions I had and every need that game up for me. Normally I know my way around but this time i was shopping for something I had never even looked for before and he always paid attention to the front door or the counter to make sure she wasn’t missing a beat and then there was his equally amazing co worker named Siena. The reason I feel like it’s so important to actually acknowledge the workers like this is because we are now in an economy in a time where they simply almost siest to exist, so sad but true so keep it up Will and Siena. You guys are a main reason I keep coming back!P.S. I kinda find it funny that the customers who are the quickest to complain (&complain relentlessly) are almost always the ones telling their own kids that college is the only way to make something of themselves when in fact if everyone got a degree, everything as we know it would fall apart and it already has started and the world as we know it is about to fall apart disastrously.
