“We had a new fireplace installed about 10 days ago. First, Jim at Salters was the best to work with. We chose our design and material and that was smooth. The framing for the new fireplace was 2 days - just what we were told. The next 2 days, the masonry teamArrived. Greg and Andrew did a great job. We may a little adjustment to the plan and it was no problem. The end result is a beautiful new fireplace which is the focal point of our living room/dining room area. From the first visit to Salters to the last day the workers completed the project was just as we were told upfront. Highly Recommend Salters.”

Customer service - 5 stars- Mike went so far as to accommodate a chair color change at no charge after we had placed the order. Flexibility - 5 stars - Delivery had to be delayed/rescheduled multiple times due to construction delays.”
