“I was at the Dickson City store yesterday and encountered rude associates who acted like they didnt want to be bothered. Came to Keyser Oak today and Gammy couldnt be more helpful. Gammy had me up and running in no time at all. Dickson said i needed a bunch of useless things in order to get my phone going , all the while, Gammy needed nothing but some common sense. If you are not phone savy, stay away from everyone except Gammy in Keyser Oak. GAMMY IS THE MAN I WILL BE SEEING FROM NOW ON!”

“Throughout my life, I have never had many good experiences involving cell phone company stores. This store proved me wrong today. Thanks to Krystal and the other staff members, I now can proudly say that this store excels at customer service and technical support. I had an issue with transferring my phone lines over from another carrier and they ended up being on the wrong account. I walked into the store stressed and overwhelmed with worry that my same phone number that I have had for years, would end up not being able to be used again. I get lots of my clothes from there I get bathing suit shoes, toys everything that I need and I think I would prefer target over Walmart and a lot of other stores and I'm happy that there is a target around me cause I do we go there a lot and a lot of my room decor is from target but a lot of their electronica things aren't really good so I would shop at target because it's a very good store and and the employees are very nice a I have a lot of fun with my friends in target and we buy lots of stuff that we don't need but I love target”
“It's Walmart, that's for sure. It's a decent walmart, decent size, clean, good selection of stuff. It's not too busy there, though sometimes it can be. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is that they always only have like 2 registers open, which is fine when it's not busy, but when it is? Prepare to wait. The employees are nice people, never had an issue with an employee. I did however have an issue with a manager once. We wanted to buy fish, and we asked for a fish person, nobody was coming. So the guy working electronics went over for us, and got the fish. His manager came over, and publicly shamed/yelled at the employee who was simply doing his job (helping customers) because he left the electronics department, but yet, there was another person in electronics. I reported the manager and praised the employee. Seriously managers, treat your employees well, bad managers create bad employees. Otherwise, it's a good Walmart.”

“Literally the best phone retailer experience I have ever had.I need to start by saying that I first went to the T-Mobile corporate location 3 minutes down the street to try to get a new plan set up with my husband. we were blatantly lied to by the associate working, Nico. He wouldn’t allow us to enroll in the 3 line plan with the price quoted to us online, saying that it was impossible. So my husband and I decided to try this location out since it was so close by.We were greeted by a friendly face, Lindsay, who truly went above and beyond to help us. She was able to easily assist us with the plan we asked for and she stayed late after close to make sure we were all set up. She was knowledgeable, efficient and truly had INCREDIBLE customer service!Save your time and come here first!”
