“I recently (sometime this year) needed to get a new battery for my MacBook pro which happened to be out of warranty (the battery was bulging out of the keyboard). It got good write-ups from Philadelphia Magazine, so I called them up, had a quote over the phone and visited later that afternoon to drop it off.Their lead times were said to be about 3 days, and true to their word it was ready by close of business Thursday. I picked it up that next day. The gentleman behind the counter keeps the doors locked and didn't appear to sell anything but he fixed my laptop. So no complaints from me. Can understand the locked doors though.”

“Got to look at a bunch of new phones and devices, like it’s own little universe in there. Having a repairable issue somewhere else however may just be a “time for a new phone” issue here, so that’s something to keep in mind. The staff here are very nice and it’s always clean and presentable. Any questions I had were always answered immediately and to the best of there knowledge. It’s a pretty big store so they offer just about the full selection of apple products.”
“I can’t recommend this place any more for your Mac issues. I have a mid-2012 MacBook that had a dead battery. When I called Apple, I was told that I had an obsolete item and none of the genius people could repair it. I came here and had my battery replaced, screen replaced, and a new battery for $237. I’m certain this would have been more anywhere else. Extra bonus points that my Mac was ready the same day!! I’m grateful for this place and will definitely be back for all future Mac issues.”
