“This store has the strangest layout I have ever seen in my entire life. Like why are there two aisles of cooking supplies and two aisles of spices in totally different areas? It makes absolutely no sense but the products are good and service was quick and the store is clean.”

“The store itself gets five stars. It is a beautiful store love the selection. The only reason I gave four stars is because the evening staff can be a bit rude. I was there recently checking out 5 minutes before close and they turned the lights off. I'm assuming it was the manager. Not a good look. Makes a customer feel they're unwanted. I had just finished my shift of 12 hours on my feet as a nurse. Like to see how my patients would feel if I did that to them.”
“Excellent grocery store, always clean, always plenty of people around to help, excellent produce, meats, and fish. The fish department manager is amazing, as are the meat department guys. By far our favorite store, keep up the good work.”
“I used to go to Sinking Spring Rite Aid but they are now horrible.This Giant Pharmacy goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I switched. They are super helpful, I was able to have them to contact Rite Aid and transfer all my Rx's over. If you tell them you have coupon memberships they will run each one through script save, express scripts and goodrx. "We ordered it through the lowest price we found", "ready to pickup" and sure enough I walked in and got in 1 min and was on my way. They were very friendly. That's how it should be done and all other pharmacies can learn from this one.”

“This is a nice new Giant with a gas station in its parking lot. The gas is usually among the cheapest in the area and you can get points towards gas with your Giant card so it ends up being a great deal. Store is organized similar to other Giants in the area with a great selection of many products.”
“The items that they sell here are so fresh and worth purchasing. You will not be disappointed. I purchased donuts and pretzels. You could tell by the packaging alone that the items are made with love. And what I like most is that everything is made locally.”

“My husband and I just walked in to this Pharmacy for the first time for our flu shot as a walk-in. They took our information, we signed papers, and got our shot within 20 minutes. They were friendly and efficient. Nick, the pharmacist, was great! I think the pharmacy tech that checked us in was great too!”

Convenient and we even each got a $5 discount on our store purchase. Donna was friendly, gentle and competent. James at check-out was friendly, helpful and made us feel glad we shop at CVS!”
“CVS provides me with bonus cash used for most products and all the other items in the store. I also get 20% on to of that . I usually save for the $16 toilet paper and it brings it down to $8. I save and watch expiration on coupons. Also have the $10 extra cash each month. This saves me so much money .
I usually get 50% of my total purchase.”

“In this day and age, no pharmacy is perfect. However, c v s does make every effort to do a good job. The ephrata store has gotten much better under current management. I enjoy shopping there. And I recommend that if you need your prescription very quickly, you call and let them know that. They are not mind readers and they have quite a lot of prescriptions to fill in a short amount of time, so when a new prescription comes in, they don't automatically know it is a VIP. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET THEM KNOW.”

“This review is for the Rite Aid at 4810 Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring. I usually shop there just for health care items and greeting cards. I find the store to be convenient and well organized. The folks at the checkout counter have always been helpful to me. During my visit on January 15, 2025, I noticed that some shelves were empty and others stocked with empty boxes. I hope they don't close it down.”
