“STILL SATISFIED!!About a year ago I purchased four new appliances from Andy Diamond at Albo’s in Maple Shade. During that time I was rehabbing from five major orthopedic surgeries and Andy was wonderful advising me and getting the appliances installed asap. Andy is a most cheerful, kind and caring man, in addition to being very knowledgeable. I think of him on a regular basis as he made my life so much easier and I love the choices he helped me make. “We had excellent experience with AAA. Julie Mensa was our consultant. She was thoroughly professional and extremely patient as she walked us through all the choices and prices. Ultimately, we selected Fabuwood cabinets for our kitchen. They arrived on time. There were a couple of issues once installation began (some of our own making) and Julie was able to resolve all of them in the timely fashion. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful kitchen and laid out exactly as I wanted it. I highly recommend, if you're planning on using AAA Distributors, to ask for Julie.”

“This Home Depot location is my main go to store. Most of the time it is well organized and items are typically neat on the shelves. Most of the staff members are helpful and knowledgeable.I sometimes have few minor issues with couple of members of the rental center, but generally overall it is a decent location.”

“This is the single greatest home improvement store I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. The staff at this particular Home Depot are second to none. All too often you go into a home improvement store and the employees are less than helpful, but not here. The associates in plumbing, electrical, power tools, lawn/garden, hardware and more are some of the most well-versed and helpful people you could hope for. You need to know anything about anything? Ask for Coach. I have yet to have a question that someone there couldn’t answer, and I have a lot of questions on a lot of projects. I swear it’s like Home Depot cherry-picks their best employees to work at this location. It’s always clean, always well stocked, and it never feels overly crowded. I hope corporate gives this location the recognition it deserves because living close to this store should raise your property value.”
“Never have any issues here. Be prepared though that Home Depot and their competitor are brand specific. So if you are (more specifically) a professional landscaper and your business only uses certain brand tools they will not have all the most popular brands out there. So it does sometimes make it difficult if you're on a job and need something quick i.e. filters and it's not a brand they carry. Also be prepared that not all locations carry the same level of equipment. There's a difference when you go to one that's in the city or deep in the burbs.”

They have a more comfortable feel here than at other stores of this type... I can always find what I need and if I don't see it the employees are usually in the area to ask for help...”

This location is usually pretty clean, the staff interactions are good and stock is usually neat on the shelves.The only minor thing is the layout if this store is a bit weird. Not sure if it is an older design, but just different than most others.”

“This Home Depot is pretty spot on! The parking is a little annoying because they are angled spots, so depending on which way you go down the aisle will determine which spot you can get, but we went at night an hour before closing so it wasn't too packed.All of the employees are SUPER helpful, my husband and I were looking at appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash/tile and in EACH section someone asked if they could assist us and were super friendly. At the other Home Depot locations I have been to, no one has offered to help, you had to approach them for help. I also saw more variety and options than at the other locations I've been to, so that's also a plus.I'm a fan of this store and will be back soon once my husband and I are ready to pick styles for our kitchen remodel!”

“Went there to get a belt for our washer. I walk in the store and the lady was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me because I was interrupted her reading. I said excuse me but, I thought you were here to work. Well, finally she got me the belt for the washer, it turned out to be the wrong one. And when I took it back I got the same attitude and I forgot my receipt and didn't she make me go all the way back to Philly. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. There's plenty of appliance stores that I could go to. Well since my last review I went back with the wrong receipt and they were nice enough to take it for the price that was on it. So, I'm happy with them now.”

Someone always helped them with their supply needs. About two weeks ago, I dealt with Carry in the paint department, he was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions!
