“Two weeks ago my relatively new Q8 was having electrical errors and I was able to pull over at Audi. Luckily they opened in 30 minutes so I could figure out what was going on. They were able to address my car needed a new alternator and they stated that Audi was aware of the issues. They were so accommodating and provided a loaner to me to use while they ordered the parts. Karli kept me updated throughout the past two weeks which was great. Surprisingly it was ready after two weeks and at no cost after leveraging this issue to Audi. I was so appreciate of the loaner during this time given I travel a lot for work and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't have to visit again soon but I know where to go if I need to.”

“Really friendly staff and great work. The job looks perfect. I've never had anything done like this before to a vehicle, so I don't have anything to measure against, but I was shocked that a door/back panel for small repair took over 30 days (2012 Honda Odyssey). They preemptively told me they can't be held accountable for delay in parts delivery, and also strongly reminded me of that when I picked up the car and was informed about leaving a review. I honestly can't tell if it's the perfect scapegoat or if it's the nature of all collision shops.Although I was told to remove anything I would need from the car during drop off, I was then asked to remove everything else at a later time. It was not a requirement, and the rep was friendly and very understanding, but I think the initial appointment phone call should include something like this, "We won't know the extent of the repair until we fully examine your vehicle, but it's best to empty your car in the event we need to remove any interior panels to complete the job".”

“Your rating probably would have been higher if 1) the my account showed that I was eligible for free prepaid maintenance plan that consisted of an oil change, tire rotation, and battery check; and 2) the inside of my car was not properly protected against the dirt tracked in it from the weather. I know I got a free car wash, but that still does not rule out using protection against the tracked in dirt that I had to drive off with. The 1st was corrected before I left and I thank Jermaine for making that happen. Otherwise I have been very pleased with my Conicelli purchase thus far.”

“I have been going to sale for years.. it has changed over the years but that is expected. the people that work there are nice and knowlebgeable people that work there. the price is what it is. if you buy an as is car dont expect a perfect car. the best car to buy is your looking to buy a ready to drive is something with a green light. that means you have some what of a warranty. dont go there looking to buy a new car. go there looking to buy a used car that my need some work at a cheaper than lot price..you'll be fine..happy hunting”

“My car was dead on my driveway. After having it jump started by AAA, I drove to Conicelli Toyota and used them for the first time, as they are the closest. I initially felt very uneasy about this place, as their online reviews are not confidence-inducing for sure. But overall, my experience with them today is positive. They got me in quite efficiently and I was there less than 2 hours to have the battery changed as well as oil and filter change. One strange thing is: I checked in with one guy, but someone else came to talk about what would be done, and a third person called me to say it's done. It's very different from any other dealers I'd ever been to. Usually you dealt with one person throughout. Another of my reservations: It's not easy to read their bill. For example, today I had two things done: 1) Battery change; 2) oil and filter change. I was expecting to see two items on the bill, but instead I saw three jobs with multiple items/details that are too complicated to decipher quickly. Not that the total charge is wrong (it sounded reasonable), I just wish it was laid out in a customer-friendly manner. By the way, although you probably receive their promo mails saying 550 Ridge Pike, their actual service center is on Allen Wood Rd. The Ridge Pike location is for selling and buying cars, not service. Last, the cookie from their vending machine tastes great. It's $1.75 a piece.”

Tech carfully looked over my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They won't perform unnecessary service and try to upsell you. They actually listen to their customers and concerns.”
