She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire process. When I was ready it was done quick and easy via phone and email and I received coverage and my documents instantly. Scarlet was very patient with me and it was no pressure to purchase since our initial conversation back in November 2023. As of today I am now a proud State Farm customer. Many years ago I assumed I couldn’t afford it, turns out they were able to offer me the best rate possible for my Mercedes Benz. “My husband has been with State Farm for a really long time, and I switched from my prior insurer around five years ago. I have to say that every interaction I've had with Lori and Jen has been absolutely wonderful! It didn't matter if I started a claim with Lori - Jen would know who I was immediately and be able to pick right up where Lori left off. My claims were always handled quickly, and my questions were always answered. I just submitted a claim last week, and it was so effortless, and they even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was completed as expected. “My wife hit a deer the night before Thanksgiving. The car is beat up, but everyone is ok.After everybody calmed down, I sent one text to Cheryl Huesken @ Johanna M. James: Allstate Insurance, and I started the claim online. That's literally the hardest we've had to work. On the next business day, Cheryl and I were on the phone, and then she spent her day getting us set up for the rental, the body shop, and the tow. When the first tow fell through, she was once again on the phone getting the second one set up. She's texted every day of the process to check in. Our only responsibilities so far were making sure the tow truck driver got the key and getting my wife to the rental car.It's been COMPLETELY stress-free. (For the introverts - We haven't had to make a single phone call! We've been called or notified by every party along the way.)My two cents - If you don't have an insurance agent doing the hard work with you, you don't have an insurance agent. Thank you! Thank you!
