I searched several places. I called Kerle Tire. He gave me a price OTD. What sold us, was, they could put them on the day you buy them! Old school! We loved that! Great customer service! “The folks at API are top notch in our book. We are on vacation from Ohio and needed a rear window on our Dodge 3500 (accidentally broke it as we were leaving for vacation to PA). Took them a few days to get the window in and made an appointment for the replacement. Only took a few hours to complete the job, we ended up just walking around town. After we had left and got on the road, got a phone call saying that after we pulled the vehicle out, they noticed rear end fluid on the ground and wanted us to know. We actually did know about the leak but forgot to say something. That's top notch customer service, going above and beyond and giving a customer a heads up like that. Would recommend this facility to anyone.”

“I am updating my review as a result of a safety recall that was performed at Clarion Ford. If you have a Ford Explorer that was recalled with the rear suspension part that included a "complimentary" rear alignment... please be sure the alignment part was done properly...this was a new Ford engineered part and different to adjust than traditional part that was replaced.... hopefully by now they have learned how this part works...I learned the hard way! Other than that ... People very nice.”

“Daughter blew a tire on her car and i had to drive over an hour to get to her. Had already purchased winter tires for her vehicle so I took 2 of them out to replace 2 tires on her car to get her home. I removed the tires and had the new ones mounted and balanced. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and the price was great. Great friendly customer service and quick. Would highly recommend them if you are in a need of tires.”
