I am home in Lucinda for a few days and saw the article in the Clarion News about the Magness garage and there continued operations. “The folks at API are top notch in our book. We are on vacation from Ohio and needed a rear window on our Dodge 3500 (accidentally broke it as we were leaving for vacation to PA). Took them a few days to get the window in and made an appointment for the replacement. Only took a few hours to complete the job, we ended up just walking around town. After we had left and got on the road, got a phone call saying that after we pulled the vehicle out, they noticed rear end fluid on the ground and wanted us to know. We actually did know about the leak but forgot to say something. That's top notch customer service, going above and beyond and giving a customer a heads up like that. Would recommend this facility to anyone.”
“I was traveling on i80 today when my tire caught a flat. It was around 630 pm worried all the shops were closed I started to call around. I called Tim’s shop. He and his beautiful wife were so good to me I didn’t have a spare Tim’s wife picked a tire up for me. Tim came to my vehicle on i80 ,saving me a tow and a lot of money. He took my tire off and back to the shop. He changed my tire right on the interstate. I am so thankful to God I called this shop. Tim and his wife are really amazing people I truly appreciate all the help.❤️ Thank you”

“My girlfriend and I were driving home to Brooklyn from a wedding in western PA on a Sunday when one of the fittings connecting our coolant lines to the rear heater broke. We called a half dozen mechanics (all closed!) before trying Sam's. Sam's was also closed, but Henley picked up and offered to take a look. Long story short, Henley spent an hour first trying to find a part, then MacGyver a solution for us. He eventually closed off the lines with a new tube, circumventing the faulty fitting and getting us back on the road again. We would have been in real trouble were it not for Henley's generous service. I can't recommend Henley & this shop enough; he really took care of us when we got ourselves into a pickle, and was all the while generous, fair, and professional.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I were on a vacation from Iowa and had a lot of trouble with our van and it was 5:30 on a Saturday night. When I called they agreed to pick up my van at the hotel and having the next morning, on a sunday! Not only did they get it fixed right and for a fair price they had us done in time to get out of the hotel without paying an extra charge for a late checkout. Seriously saved our whole vacation. Would not hesitate to use them anytime.”
