“I went to the y to donate blood. I do it several times a year in this place has great level spacious parking and friendly workers. They always have everything I need to be successful and they are generous with the snacks I will be back in a few months. It was just lovely.”

225 Freeport St, New Kensington“I really like this place to find everyday, pre-owned household items at a fair price. They got everything from kitchen items, books, furniture, holiday decorations to light fixtures and some building materials. You never know what you may find here. A good place to donate your lightly used household items to too.”

214 N Lexington St, Pittsburgh“If you enjoy any type of making or crafting or decorating, this place is AWESOME. It's basically a thrift store for creativity! You can save SOOOOOOO much money by going here for supplies. It's a great place to pick up inexpensive supplies for any craft or project you can imagine. They always have something different and fun!!!”
“Their staff are very knowledgeable. My child has grown as a musician. Mr. Howie Alexander is amazing. Dr. J, the owner, is very approachable and concerned about the overall musicianship and well-being of the children”
“Fantastic organization in the Pitt area. I volunteered doing home deliveries and it's super organized! The app is great too. A great way to give back to our local community by providing food to people in need and combating food waste.”
“This was our first time inside. It's a clean cute space for children. The staff was helpful and most importantly the children have fun. There is security present and you do need buzzed in, which makes it extra safe.”
“They don't take my insurance so they provide me FREE COUNSELING, with someone who is going for a higher degree and doing clinicals or something to that effect. What ever it is and however it works out its good. I get counseling once a week online. And this is the most comfortable I've been with a counselor in years. It's way better than alot of places my insurance paid for. And the staff are very nice and helpful and supportive.”
“I was able to share the gift of life with several people from the passing of my greatest love, Kim Monroe Kosmack. I signed up to be an organ donor on September 3rd of 2023 because of Kim and her generous gift.”
“Great place for families! We're here almost every day of the week and am thankful to have a place like this in the community. My children are a part of the swim team and love the community of families attending here. We also make use of the child watch for our 1 year son which has been a blessing since I am a working mother. They have made improvements around the facility but it would be nice to see more updates...”

800 Constitution Blvd, New Kensington“I love going to the Y because there are so many things to do here. You can swim, workout, sit in the sauna, attend exercise classes, and more. If you have children, they can get involved in sports and lessons for certain things as well when they offer it. They also provide childcare at certain times of the day, which is very convenient for the mommies and daddies. I don't like that they charge you for your children to take lessons or participate in team sports even if you are a member. They also have several events that are fun to attend with your family and friends, whether it be holiday events or community events. They've pretty much got it all.”
“We attend the Legion for an organizational meeting every other month. The area is always spotless and today we found it nicely decorated for the holidays. Great job everyone and thank you.”
“This place is a gem. Polite staff and great facilities. The gym is a bit outdated and definitely doesn't have everything you need but you can still get a workout in. The pool is terrific and the basketball court is a huge plus.”
“I do not even know where to begin about how pleased I am with the day school. My son has improved so much in so many years coming to the school. The dedication with every area of the school is amazing. I am highly recommending anyone that qualifies for this excellent care.”
“Dr. Meredith Zebrowski is absolutely wonderful. We had struggled for a while to get our daughter help and she was able to confirm her autism diagnosis for us, so we can begin getting her the help & access to resources that she needs. She's also just been very responsive post-diagnosis and quickly responds to emails. The whole process of dealing with different providers / organizations is quite frustrating and Dr. Meredith has been an absolute God-send when it comes to the providers we've seen. Highly recommend seeing her if you feel your child may have Autism and is struggling verbally, socially, & emotionally.”

5993 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh“Not a huge goodwill but quality stuff. I'd say better quality than others in the city. Prices are a little higher to reflect that but I've found some good stuff here, parking is tough but that's just the nature of the location”
“Great gym and great staff but hours are strange. They close at 6 on fridays. I would prefer 7 or 8 to close on fridays. The rest of hours arent nearly as wonky but still wish they were open more.”
“My homeowner journey was very pleasing and a wonderful experience. Emily was always so sweet, understanding and patient. As bad as the credit part of the program annoyed me I am happy that I finally got it under control. I enjoyed volunteering especially at the build sites and learning different things about the home. Overall my experience was great & I am so happy I have a home to call my OWN. I will recommend to anybody who’s looking to be a first time home buyer and can’t forget the 0% interest ??”
“I mainly went to look for decor (I collect bird&waterfowl decor/antiques) &my gram who doesn't drive wanted me to see if they had any bookshelves. They hardly had any furniture or shelving currently...I know usually it sells the day it is donated if they put it out, so I wasn't holding my breath for the bookshelf. However, I did find a very pretty collectors tin w/birds on it and 2 pair of denim. They don't have as much to pick from in the "small" sizes in the denim. The goodwill a few exits north has a bit more. They seemed to have more large sizes donated than smalls at the current time. Hollister &Banana Republic were the 2 I found&chose to buy. The "color of the wk" is blue so I got the Banana Republic pair half off. Very nice staff and seemed very knowledgeable. I also overheard them asking the customers if they needed help with anything while I was shopping. That is always a good thing when your in a store where there is a vast amount of different inventory daily. The quicker you find what you are possibly looking for (if it doesn't find u first) the better for you and the staff. Everyone wants to be on their way (if your the customer)&or get on with their day?. It was a good experience. No long long lines either. Which was a change compared to most stores. They definitely need some donations though (im not speaking for them; its just an educated guess). So if you want to get rid of some stuff they probably need it, so maybe donate it at the Cheswick location?❣”
